Description: We are seeking a dynamic Female Academic Counselor to drive student enrollments, strategize marketing initiatives, and guide prospective students toward the right academic programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling, sales, and marketing with excellent communication and persuasion skills. Requirements: Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Education, Business, or Marketing). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle queries professionally and persuasively. Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their educational needs and suggest suitable courses. Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into enrollments. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies, including webinars, events, and social media campaigns. Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and working professionals to enhance enrollments. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
