Job Description
* Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team.
* Strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- • 3+ years of accounting experience,.
- • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- • Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
- • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- • Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards.
