Job Description
we are hiring a Female Accountant with strong Excel skills and manufacturing sector knowledge to join our team.
Requirements
- Good experience in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, basic analysis).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes/accounts.
- Basic accounting understanding.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily records of purchases, production, and sales in Excel.
- Prepare and update cost sheets and inventory reports.
- Monitor raw material usage and wastage in the manufacturing process.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries.
- Support internal audits and data accuracy checks.
- Track and manage stock levels and production-related expenses.
- Collaborate with the production team to align financial data with operations.
- Ensure timely documentation and filing of records.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulasdata analysispivot tablesand reporting) Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost accounting Experience with inventory management and production cost tracking Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records Analytical skills for financial data interpretation and reporting Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams Time management and ability to meet deadlines
