Accounts Receivable Executive

EFS Logistics (Kilfad Logistics) is a freight forwarding and logistics company with operations across multiple locations, including front-office branches in the UAE and back-office support centers in India. Selected candidates may be placed at either our Kochi or Coimbatore office based on business requirements and mutual preference.

Experience: 1 - 3 Years (Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Finance)

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or a related industry will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and credit control processes.
• Knowledge of customer ledger reconciliation and ageing analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting / ERP systems.
• Understanding of invoice, payment, credit note, BRV, and JV processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and trackers.
