Application Support Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, performing independently while engaging in team collaborations to solve complex technical challenges. You will play a critical role in ensuring application reliability and optimizing performance in a dynamic, innovative environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Advanced proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant application support skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in software troubleshooting.

• Design and develop applications following established functional and technical programming standards.
• Ensure applications operate reliably and meet critical service commitments.
• Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing modules.
• Develop robust reporting and analysis capabilities to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve work-related challenges and improve system performance.
