Apprentice Trainee

Duration: 1 year apprenticeship program  Technology: Java  Government approved stipend will be provided during the entire period  Performance Evaluation: Apprentice will be regularly assessed throughout the program based on their technical skills, learning progress, and contributions.  Full-Time Job Opportunity: Based on their performance, trainee’s will be offered afull-time position as a Programmer Trainee. Programmer Trainee salary:  Starting : Rs. 15,000 CTC per month  After 3 months: Rs. 18,000 CTC per month  After completing 1 year: Rs. 23,000 CTC per month Responsibilities:  Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications, following established coding standards and best practices.  Analyze and understand business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.  Collaborate with other team members, including analysts, designers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Java applications.  Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.  Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.  Fast learner with a strong desire to learn and pick up new skills quickly.  Good communication skills, able to explain ideas clearly.  Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
