Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to conduct online training sessions for college students across various domains, including Finance, Management, Hospital Administration, HRM, and Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools and applications in these fields and a proven track record of delivering engaging online training. This is a remote position with flexible hours.
Requirements
- • Strong knowledge of AI tools and their domain-specific applications.
- • Experience in online teaching or training, preferably for college students.
- • Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical learners.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- • Design and deliver interactive online sessions on AI tools and their real-world applications in various domains.
- • Customize training content based on the academic level and domain of students.
- • Guide students through hands-on projects and case studies.
- • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support learners throughout the course.
- • Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends relevant to business and industry applications.
- • Coordinate with the program team to align training schedules and assessments.
Required Skills
1. Technical & Domain-Specific Skills: • Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPTGoogle BardMicrosoft CopilotIBM Watsonetc. • Familiarity with AI use-cases in domains like FinanceHRMMarketingHealthcareand Management • Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and tools (e.g.PythonPower BIExcel with AI add-ons – optional but preferred) • Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and automation workflows in business functions 2. Training & Pedagogical Skills: • Experience in online teaching or corporate trainingespecially for college students or young professionals • Ability to design curriculumlesson plansand hands-on projects • Strong presentation and public speaking skills • Mentoring and student engagement skills 3. Communication & Soft Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication • Patienceadaptabilityand enthusiasm for teaching • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical learners 4. Digital & Remote Tools: • Experience with virtual training platforms (ZoomGoogle MeetMS Teams) • Comfortable using LMS platformspresentation tools (CanvaGoogle Slides)and collaborative tools (MiroJamboardetc.)
