Assistant Project Engineer Trainee

B.Tech or B.E in Civil engineering

1. * Monitor on-site day-to-day activities and report the progress status.
2. * Act as technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, muster roll labourers, crafts people and operators.
3. * Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in consultation with seniors and client’s technical team.
4. * Supervise and instruct construction workers and subcontractors.
5. * Ensure quality of work by following industry standards.
6. * Educate construction workers on site safety practices. Act as a safety officer and QA/QC in smaller sites where a safety officer/ QA/QC is not deployed.
7. * Responsible for the wellbeing of construction workers. Regularly monitor and ensure safe living environments in labour sheds.
8. * Responsible to manage the general up-keep of site, surroundings, materials and machinery.
9. * Ensure physical measurements during implementation for billing purpose. Ensure quality implementation in site as per Structural and Architectural Drawings.
10. * Execute the work as instructed by Project Manager and efficiently organize plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
11. * Supervise and plan the site material management and ensure minimum wastage. Ensure that all materials used and work performed is as specified.
12. * Prepare reports as required.
13. * Ability to read, understand and execute based on Bar Bending schedule is required.
14. * Flexibility to re-locate and travel based on construction site location.
