Associate Analyst - Customer Insights & Analytics

Join our Customer Strategy & Innovation (CSI) department as an Associate Analyst, where you will help amplify customer voices and influence business strategies through data-driven insights. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to refining the customer experience through rigorous analysis of operational and survey data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Highly proficient in SQL with the ability to write high-performance, industry-grade, scalable code.
• Strong intellectual curiosity for manipulating complex, high-volume data to identify trends and patterns.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and individuals at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship; ability to travel to the US (approx. 1-2 weeks annually).

• Work independently to solve complex business problems using data mining, analysis, and automation techniques.
• Leverage diverse data sources to analyze business performance and generate actionable, high-impact insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to support data visualization for stakeholders.
• Support the creation of high-level presentations for United leadership and external partners.
• Communicate effectively with US and India-based cross-functional teams to provide analytical support.
• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
