Associate I - Data Analyst (Onboarding and Event Management)

Our Data team is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to ensure that all investment portfolios and accounts are managed with the highest levels of accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across core business platforms and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client mandates and portfolios.

• 1-2 years of professional experience in a data management or operations role within a financial services environment.
• Solid understanding of data structures necessary for new account onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet strict internal and external deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and questioning data anomalies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing tasks independently.

• Configure and maintain mandates, portfolios, and settlement instructions within Aladdin, IRIS, and other internal business data masters.
• Execute quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across various platforms.
• Manage the setup of new custodians, pay-away brokers, and credit risk counterparties in accordance with data governance principles.
• Monitor and resolve data quality control exceptions to ensure continuous compliance and operational efficiency.
• Handle the end-to-end process of closing mandates and account records in all relevant data systems.
