Qualification - BE / BTech (CS/IT) / MCA / BCA / MSc (CS) / BSc (CS)

Passing Out year - 2026 only

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming (OOP)

• Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage

• Basic understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Knowledge of software development concepts and SDLC

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems

• Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards

• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to develop new features

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues

• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality

• Develop and consume REST APIs as required

• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups

• Maintain technical documentation and project updates

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills
