Bim Modeller

A BIM (Building Information Modeling) Modeller is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate 3D digital models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. They collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure project designs are coordinated, clash-free, and compliant with industry standards.

Must Have Experience In Auto Cad& Revit

* Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using BIM software.

* Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, sections, and schedules.

* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes.

* Update BIM models based on design revisions and project requirements.

* Ensure models comply with project specifications and BIM standards.

* Extract quantities, BOQs, and project documentation from BIM models
