Branch Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Branch Executive to join our growing NBFC operations team in Kochi. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, responsible for managing gold loan disbursements, driving sales of investment and insurance products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce or Finance backgrounds are preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working in an NBFC environment.
• Strong working knowledge of gold loan appraisal techniques and financial product sales.
• Fluency in Malayalam and working proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work in a high-pressure, service-oriented environment.

• Execute gold loan appraisals, disbursements, and collection processes while maintaining strict documentation standards.
• Drive business growth by actively selling investment products and insurance policies to meet monthly branch targets.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing queries, resolving grievances, and maintaining strong local community relationships.
• Conduct local marketing initiatives, field visits, and lead generation activities to increase branch footfall.
• Ensure total compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies for all branch transactions.
