Business Analyst

At Genpact, we are looking for a forward-thinking Business Analyst to join our AI-driven transformation team. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within our cutting-edge AI Gigafactory. You will leverage process intelligence and data-driven insights to help global enterprises optimize operations and achieve measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; Master's degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP are highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to apply Agile methodologies and Design Thinking to solve complex business problems.
• Expertise in business reporting, storytelling, and maintaining high levels of executive presence.
• Strong background in domain knowledge related to Capital Markets, Healthcare, or Insurance industries.
• Proficiency in English at a C2 level with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Conduct comprehensive technological assessments and develop compelling business cases for technology investments.
• Analyze evolving market trends and industry best practices to provide actionable recommendations for digital transformation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into detailed requirements.
• Support the evaluation of technology vendor proposals and assist in the seamless integration of new systems.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
