Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Lucknow. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining our offerings, scheduling demo sessions, following up on leads, and helping individuals choose the right learning path with Oratrics.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, messages, and emails
Explain course offerings, features, and value propositions clearly
Schedule and confirm demo sessions with prospective clients
Follow up with leads to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of communication and sales activities
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training
Qualifications
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Target-driven with a problem-solving attitude
Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or telecalling is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shift flexibility
Basic computer skills and CRM usage familiarity
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
