Job Description
Location: Thrissur Region (Multiple branches)
We are hiring Business Development Executives with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, or Sales. Candidates should have completed Plus Two or Graduation and be below 40 years of age. The role involves driving gold loan business across various branches in Thrissur. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Graduate.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, or Sales.
- Age below 40 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Thrissur district.

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for gold loan products within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell gold loan services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Provide accurate information about loan products and address customer queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance guidelines.
- Travel across designated locations within Thrissur district as needed.
