Job Description
The Business Development Executive (BDE) at KinderGO will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in toys, retail, or education).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:.
- 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the toy and educational sector.
- 2. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces.
- 3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- 4. Negotiate and close deals with B2B and B2C clients.
- 5. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and sales initiatives.
- 7. Analyze sales data and provide performance reports.
- 8. Represent KinderGO at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
