Responsibilities
As a Business Development Executive at Maxprow Finance, your primary responsibility would be to drive the sales of personal loans, specifically targeting salaried employees and daily wage workers. You would be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored loan products that suit their income and repayment capacity. Building strong relationships with clients would be essential, ensuring that they fully understand the terms and benefits of the loan products. You would also be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, following up with prospects, and closing deals. In addition, you would collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure smooth loan processing and approval. Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Maxprow Finance’s loan products, and achieving sales targets would be key aspects of your role. Ultimately, you would be working to expand the customer base, promote financial inclusion for under-served segments, and contribute to the growth of the company.
