Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. This role will require a strong ability to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in line with the company’s goals and objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services and offer relevant solutions to clients. Track and report sales performance and client feedback to senior management. Attend networking events, trade shows, and business conferences to promote the company and develop potential leads. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience in the [specific industry/field relevant to the company’s products/services]. Knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies.
