We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Viswam College of Management Studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales skills, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Conduct research to identify potential clients and new markets for the institution’s services.
Sales and Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategies. Follow up on leads and convert them into business
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, and market conditions to adapt strategies effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic departments to align business development strategies with institutional goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate (preferably in Business or related fields)
Experience: 0-1 year
graduates with a strong interest in business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Positive attitude and self-motivated
FEMALE Candidate preferred
Salary: 15K- 20K (Competitive and based on experience)
