Job Title: Business Development Executive – Sales Department
Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Sales
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (preferably B2B).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and team player.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is an added advantage.
