Job Description
SBI Bank is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand its credit card customer base. The role involves converting pre-qualified leads provided by the bank, conducting client meetings, and maintaining long-term customer relationships to enhance business growth.
Requirements
- Graduation in any stream.
- (MBA preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in any sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Fresher with excellent communication and a flair for sales may also apply.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads provided by the bank to convert potential clients.
- Meet customers (individuals and corporates) to explain credit card benefits and close sales.
- Conduct scheduled appointments, presentations, and client discussions.
- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, and sales performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing of applications and issue resolution.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
