Business Operations Analyst, Payments Business

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the operations or payments industry.
• Driving personality with an attitude of pushing toward clarity and outcomes while maintaining collaboration.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL.
• B.Tech or MBA preferred.

• Work closely with external stakeholders including partner banks and networks.
• Handle day-to-day business operations with external and internal stakeholders.
• Identify areas of operations that require technological intervention and coordinate for implementation.
• Manage business reporting and handle ad-hoc reporting.
• Develop and nurture relationships with payment players.
• Monitor transaction success rates and analyze data to improve products and processes.
• Coordinate with Customer Support teams to handle escalations and provide prompt resolution.
• Maintain Bank and Network relations to resolve ad-hoc issues.
• Address internal queries and data requirements regarding payment transactions.
• Collaborate with finance to drive reconciliations and execute corrections.
• Work with internal and external teams to spearhead integrations and go-live.
