• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social media platform algorithms and content best practices.
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills with the ability to translate brand values into visual content.
• Proficiency in videography and video editing using mobile applications or professional software.
• Ability to shoot high-quality photography and video footage using a smartphone or digital camera.

• Develop creative content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit reels, short-form videos, photos, stories, and other social media content.
• Create engaging and trend-focused content that aligns with the brand's identity and voice.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, memes, and emerging content strategies.
• Write compelling scripts and creative copy for social media captions and video content.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute integrated content campaigns.
• Participate in on-site photoshoots, product shoots, events, and promotional activities.
