A Costing & Estimation MEP Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender documents for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing BOQs, obtaining vendor quotations, and ensuring competitive and accurate project pricing.

• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare tender submissions, cost proposals, and bid documents.
