Job Description
We are seeking Customer Relationship Executives to join our team in Mangalore. The role involves handling customer interactions and providing effective support in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam, along with basic English communication. Candidates should possess fundamental computer skills and demonstrate a willingness to work in rotational shifts and participate in training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal abilities, a customer-centric approach, and the capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Multiple positions are available.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Fundamental computer skills (typing, email, basic tools).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to attend and complete training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally in Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam, with basic English communication as needed.
- Understand customer needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using internal systems.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personalized approach.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in regular training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, service protocols, and communication techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, including shift schedules and quality standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up.
