Description:
A Customer Relations Executive (CRE) – Service is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in an automotive or service-oriented industry. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing service bookings, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Requirements:
Two - Female
Responsibilities:
• Call loyal and lost customers for dealership events.
• Conduct events/activity at dealership.
• Sell insurance renewals and accessory package offers.
• Assist in event planning for customers.
• Increase CEM (Customer Experience Management)
• Contact customers after service (Post service follow-up)
• Maintaining daily reports related to various customer contact callings.
• Provide operational and administrative support to various other departments.
• To update customer databases in Volkswagen systems
• To track and compile the Customer Feedback report on a monthly basis.
Education Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Work Hours:
9 am to 6 pm
Compensation & Incentives:
Performance based incentives ranging from Rs 1,500 to 50,000 or above.

Required Skills
