Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team at Teleperformance. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and resolving queries efficiently in Malayalam and English. Candidates must hold a degree with no active backlogs, be open to rotational shifts and week-offs, and be available to work 6 days a week. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with no active backlogs.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (both verbal and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls and resolve queries effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and observe rotational week-offs.
- Commitment to working 6 days a week.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
- Open to all genders.

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to the banking process effectively.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers in Malayalam and English.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve service targets.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on process knowledge and communication skills.
- Manage time efficiently and ensure adherence to scheduled shifts and attendance.
