Job Description

Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service or CRM.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain and update customer databases and order records.
- Assist with resolving product or service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer service delivery.
- Educate customers about Manha Organics’ products and values.
- Support sales, retention, and feedback collection efforts.
Required Skills
