- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and ensure they are met effectively.
- Serve as the bridge between the client and internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.).
- Coordinate project updates, feedback loops, and timely delivery.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
