Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in either Hindi or Tamil.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (Mandatory).
- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi.
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in team handling (preferably in BPO or customer support).
- Gender: Male / Female.
- Location: Kaloor, Ernakulam (Virtual interview available for outstation candidates).
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs and update customer information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
