Job Description
Join a dynamic team in a fast-growing customer service environment! We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officers for a Domestic Voice Process in English / Hindi / Tamil.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
🔹 Role: Customer Relationship Officer
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally in Hindi or Tamil
Understand customer needs and provide timely resolutions
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Accurately log customer interactions in the system
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory).
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi / Tamil (English is a plus).
- Age Limit: Below 30 years.
- Gender: Male/Female.

Responsibilities
- Make and receive customer calls in English / Hindi / Tamil to address queries, complaints, and requests.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through prompt and professional service.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to improve service delivery.
