Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will focus on building and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive business impact through predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into visual dashboards and actionable insights.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices is highly desirable.

• Understand business problems and translate them into actionable data science solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets, engineer features, and develop robust ML/AI models.
• Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve machine learning models in production environments.
• Communicate key insights and data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with data engineering, product, and business teams to align on goals.
