Data Management Associate

You will be responsible for building robust data pipelines and reporting capabilities that support core banking functions such as finance, treasury, and financial crime prevention.

• Formal training or certification in data engineering concepts with applied professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in database querying techniques and advanced SQL.
• Experience working with technical data formats such as JSON, Avro, or Parquet.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for both business and technical stakeholders.

• Partner with product teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop data-driven reporting solutions.
• Apply domain modeling techniques to design business products while ensuring high data quality and minimal redundancy.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline data workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers to resolve data discrepancies and maintain integrity across all data layers.
• Contribute to data governance efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
