Data Scientist

We are seeking a talented and proactive Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics to transform complex data into actionable business insights. You will serve as the internal expert on statistical modeling, driving strategy through predictive analysis and clustering techniques while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems.

• Strong expertise in statistical tools and machine learning techniques with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Deep experience in predictive modeling, specifically with Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Ada-Boost.
• High proficiency in running multivariate regression models using Python or R.
• Expertise in data preparation, including loading, cleansing, enriching, and enhancing complex transactional datasets.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and manage tasks with minimal guidance.

• Develop and apply machine learning algorithms to address critical business challenges and optimize organizational planning.
• Identify and analyze behavioral and attribute-based customer clusters to inform marketing and operational strategy.
• Conduct robust predictive modeling using various scenarios to support long-term business goals.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for all statistical modeling and advanced analytical projects within the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and manage small project teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.
