Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive quality leads and conversions
Create, manage, and schedule social media content and content calendars
Work on lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights
Handle SEO activities, website optimization, and basic performance analytics
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to align marketing goals
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience in running lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
Good communication and copywriting skills
Ability to analyze data and continuously optimize campaign performance
Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
Strong time management and multitasking skills

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Create and implement content marketing strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media presence, including content calendars, posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Perform SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Generate qualified leads and support sales teams with marketing insights and funnels.
- Plan and execute email marketing & automation workflows.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new digital marketing tools.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers to ensure brand consistency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
