Job Description
We are looking for a smart, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketer / Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage Jobnest’s online presence and lead generation strategy. This role is crucial in shaping how the brand connects with job seekers and clients online.
Requirements
- 1+ year proven experience in Digital Marketing / SMM.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads ,Youtube ,Manager, Google Ads, Instagram Reels, etc.
- Ability to write engaging captions and generate hooks for job-related content.
- Knowledge in Canva or basic design tools.
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Basic Malayalam and English communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,Youtube etc.).
- Create engaging, conversion-driven content and visuals (in coordination with our team).
- Handle SEO basics and performance tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Generate leads for recruitment services via social ads and influencer tie-ups.
- Monitor KPIs, suggest improvements, and report weekly metrics.
- Run remarketing and engagement campaigns using budget effectively.
