Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in telecom infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all electrical work on-site, ensuring timely execution, safety compliance, and quality standards for telecom tower installations, BTS sites, data centers, and other related telecom infrastructure.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical supervision, specifically within the telecom infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of telecom power systems, grounding/earthing, DB installations, and cable management.
- Familiarity with installation of electrical components for BTS sites, mobile towers, and data centers.
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, HSE standards, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel to remote site locations as required.
