Job Description
This is a full time job and we are looking for enthusiastic candidate with sound knowledge in Quantity Surveying.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities
- * Research and analyse technical drawings, blueprints, specifications and other documents to accurately determine project scope, schedule and cost estimates.
- * Taking quantities from the drawing.
- * Develop cost models and other tools to assist in estimating.
- * Prepare, review and present cost estimates to management by tracking from all the sites.
- * Schedule preparation, tracking and monitoring project costs and budget preparation throughout the project lifecycle.
- * Identify cost savings opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- * Knowledge in interior work.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, Excellent communication and coordination skills.
