Graduate Apprentice Trainee

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster collaborative environments.
• Technical familiarity with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Academic or internship projects related to data analytics or process automation are highly desirable.

• Deploy digital team boards and implement Lean management tools across the shop floor.
• Drive CIMP and PS methodology initiatives within the organization.
• Assist in the development and visualization of operational dashboards using Power BI.
• Support warehouse efficiency through detailed data analytics, reporting, and process automation via PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
