Graduate Trainee Engineer

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or B.Tech degree.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in various engineering tasks and project activities under the guidance of Team Leaders or Senior Engineers.
• Review project inputs, identify requirements, and seek technical clarification when needed.
• Prepare engineering, programming, or project components in accordance with established Siemens standards and guidelines.
• Perform initial quality control checks on personal work to ensure accuracy before submission.
• Participate actively in team discussions and maintain accurate documentation of work progress and timesheets.
