Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation with brands, driving brand activation, and supporting overall business growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our brand partnerships and helping us accelerate creator-commerce adoption.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (internship/freshers with strong interest in startups welcome).
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in influencer marketing, D2C brands, and SaaS platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation with D2C brands and agencies to onboard them on Shoplinky.
- Drive brand activation campaigns and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams and founders of brands.
- Execute outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Track and report growth metrics, ensuring continuous optimization.
- Support the sales and partnerships team in closing deals.
