Job Description
We're looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to support our international sales team in identifying and engaging IT equipment importers in the African region. This role requires proactive research, strong communication, and smart follow-ups with client-side IT managers, purchase teams, and accounts departments.
Requirements
- Any degree (1-2 years experience preferred).
- Fluency in English is must (written & spoken).
- Basic understanding of IT hardware.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with E-mail, Excel, WhatsApp Web.
Responsibilities
- Research and list potential African-region importers of IT equipment.
- Initial contact via Calls, E-mail, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on sent quotations and keep CRM updated.
- Build strong business relationships with clients' IT, Purchase, and Accounts teams.
- Share regular lead and follow-up reports with the Dubai HQ.
