Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR with 2-3 years of experience* to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR processes and policies and be capable of handling day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:2-3 years in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Proficiency in HRMS and ATS software.
- - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Organize engagement activities to boost workplace morale.
- Maintain HR records and employee databases.
- Process payroll and handle attendance management.

- Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning programs.
