Job Description
Being at the helm of change management and transformation, HR department plays a solid business partner role with a seat at the leadership table
This incumbent of the position shall report to the Head of HR and shall have accountabilities which includes but not limited to :
Creating an organization that wins in the market place through strategic HR interventions
Through dedicated talent acquisition efforts build a result oriented workforce that shall aid organization transformation
Partner with various business units in running the HR strategy at the grass root level
Be an employee champion by ensuring needs and expectation of employees are met and thereby creating a great work environment
Assist Head HR with all OD interventions
Run HR operations with great efficiency and efficacy

Requirements
- Preferred candidate profile.
- MBA in Human Resources Management.
