Responsibilities
- - Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- - Assist in creating HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
- - Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation.
- - Organize training sessions and maintain performance records.
- - Support management in implementing welfare and incentive schemes.
