Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to build a career in HR, offering hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 1 year (finternships in HR are a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities.
- Recruitment Support.
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding & Orientation.
- Prepare onboarding documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.).
- Assist in organizing orientation programs for new hires.
- Employee Engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities (workshops, team-building events).
- Maintain records of employee feedback and participation.
- HR Operations.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal data) in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Assist in payroll processing by verifying attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Compliance & Documentation.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in preparing reports for audits and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Manage documentation for employee exits and full-and-final settlements.
- Learning & Development.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
- Help organize internal skill-development programs.
- Administrative Tasks.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
- Handle day-to-day HR correspondence and filing.
