Job Description
The HR Executive – Generalist is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 0 to 1 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Technical Proficiencies: MS Office.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct new hire orientations, manage joining formalities, and oversee exit interviews and final settlements.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, handle grievances, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure company policies align with local labor laws and regulations.
- Performance & Training: Support performance appraisal cycles, track employee development, and coordinate training programs.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate employee records using Human Resources Information Systems.
