About the role -
_HR Recruiter Internship & HR Admin Internship_
We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented interns to join our Human Resources team as part of our 3-Month Career Internship Program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various HR and Administrative functions, enabling interns to gain practical experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, office administration, vendor management, documentation, and organizational support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning and contributing to day-to-day business operations.
Working hours - 9 AM to 6 PM ( Mon to Fri )
Requirements
MBA Graduates or candidates who have completed HR-related courses, including Human Resource Management, MSW (HR), BBA, or equivalent qualifications.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
Organizational Skills: Strong coordination, documentation, and record-management abilities.
Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling organizational information.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
HR Operations: Support onboarding activities, employee documentation, record maintenance, and HR database management.
Administrative Coordination: Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, meeting scheduling, and other administrative activities.
Vendor Management Support: Coordinate with vendors, collect quotations, follow up on service requests, and maintain vendor-related records.
Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, reports, and departmental records with accuracy.
Employee Engagement Support: Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal programs.
Office Administration: Support office operations, inventory tracking, asset records, and general administrative requirements.
General Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of HR and administrative activities.
