Job Description
HR Integral is seeking enthusiastic and proactive HR Interns to join our dynamic team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and real-time projects, enabling you to develop strong practical and technical skills in the field of Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes – job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and induction activities.
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Assist in training & development initiatives.
Work on real-time HR projects and research tasks.
Help in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
Support performance management documentation and KPI tracking.
Learn and practice HR tools and software (e.g., ATS, Excel, HRMS, Google Workspace).
Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and reports.
Contribute to HR analytics and reporting tasks.

Requirements:
Strong interest in Human Resource Management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
Availability to commit for the 3-month internship period

Responsibilities
